an idea, nurture it, and develop it. Skills
in creativity will be simultaneously supported with skills in channeling ideas
into functional, marketable products.
The
educational objectives of both programs are to:
-
Develop skills to use the basic tools of commercial art,
including computer skills;
-
Develop a working knowledge of design, layout, pre-press
preparation, and computer graphics;
-
Encourage
each student to strive for creative thinking through stimulating
projects;
-
Prepare
students for entry-level employment in an exciting digital
environment;
-
Develop a professional portfolio that exhibits
students' skills, imagination, and creativity.
We dare our students to dream, encourage their creativity, and challenge them to be the best they can be within
a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
